Electrostatic powder coating

   Electrostatic powder coating is a new solvent free 100% solid powder coating. It has the characteristics of solvent-free, pollution-free, recyclable, environmental protection, energy resource saving, labor intensity reduction coating mechanical strength. Electrostatic powder coating is a completely different form general coatings, it exists in the state of fine powder. Since no solvent is used, it is called electrostatic powder coating. The main characteristics of electrostatic powder coating are: harmless, high efficiency, resource saving environmental protection. Powder coatings are divided into two categories: thermoplastic powder coatings thermosetting powder coatings. Thermoplastic powder coating is composed of thermoplastic resin, pigment, filler, plasticizer stabilizer. Thermoplastic powder coatings include: polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, chlorinated polyether, polyamide, cellulose polyester. Thermosetting powder coatings are composed of thermosetting resins, curing agents, pigments, fillers additives. Thermosetting powder coatings include epoxy resin, polyester acrylic resin.
