Thermosetting powder coating is a kind of hard coating which can be formed by heating thermosetting resin as film-forming material curing agent for crosslinking reaction. No matter how high the temperature is, the coating will soften like the thermoplastic coating, but will only decompose. Because the resin used in thermosetting powder coating is a prepolymer with low polymerization degree low molecular weight, the leveling property of the coating is good has good decorative property. Moreover, the low molecular weight prepolymer can form network crosslinked macromolecules after curing, so the coating has good corrosion resistance mechanical properties. Therefore, the development of thermosetting powder coatings is particularly rapid.

Storage precautions:

1. Avoid long-term skin contact. Wash the powder attached to the skin with soapy water. Do use solvent. Safety of painting construction site. 2. Keep away the fire source avoid direct sunlight. It should be placed in a place with good ventilation temperature below 35 ℃. 3. The equipment used in painting operation should be well grounded to eliminate static electricity. 4. The powder coating should be exposed to the air at will after use. It should be covered wrapped tightly at any time to avoid impurities. 5. Avoid storage in places easily contaminated by water, organic solvents, oil other materials. 6. Avoid the phenomenon of endless discharge of the coating machine 7. In the powder spraying room, the concentration of floating dust should be controlled below the safe concentration as far as possible to avoid the danger of dust ignition explosion.
