Bonding metal special effect powder coating is a kind of powder coating which combines metal pigment resin. There are many common problems in common metal powder coatings, such as unstable color, separation of metal pigment resin, too big color difference of recycled powder, so on. Due to these problems, many products are still using liquid coatings, which limits the development application of powder coatings. In view of this series of problems, we use the binding technology of resin metal pigment to make the metal pigment resin closely bonded together, so as to achieve the result of non separation, making the color stable in the coating production process, facilitating the secondary recycling, saving the powder coating avoiding the production waste.
