Golden powder coating

The golden powder coating should be stored in a cool, dry sealed condition used strictly in batch order. Before spraying, the oil pollutants on all surfaces shall be completely removed, the workpiece shall be properly treated. The compressed air shall be free of oil, water dry, the working condition of oil-water separator shall be checked regularly. The structure design of the workpiece holder should be reasonable, it should be well connected with the grounding transmission part. The grounding fixture should be cleaned regularly to keep the fixture in good condition. The performance of temperature control system of powder coating oven should be stable to ensure the conditions required for curing coating. The powder feeder, recovery system spray cabinet shall be free pollution mixing with other powder materials, otherwise the appearance of final coating will be affected. Regularly check the pretreatment, curing furnace performance, physical properties of the powder used. The recovered powder must be screened mixed with new powder according to the specified proportion. Silicon dust paint dust should be avoided near the powder coating spraying site to avoid affecting the appearance quality.
